American Youth Soccer Organization Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.

Welcome to Whitestown AYSO Region 327

Volunteering in AYSO

AYSO is a volunteer-run organization. AYSO runs on the power of our volunteers and with over 100,000 parents, neighbors, relatives and friends lending their time and talents, each child gets a terrific AYSO experience (and keeps our programs affordable). Volunteering for this program is both fun and fulfilling. It gives children the opportunity to be involved in sports, to make new friends and to create lasting memories. It truly is a positive experience for all involved.

We are always looking for volunteers for Board Member positions, Field Prep, Coaching and Referees. Please get involved so we can continue to make this program possible and make a difference in the lives of the kids in your community today!

Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an AYSO volunteer?
A coach, a referee, a team parent, a field coordinator - many people, all contributing their time and efforts to make AYSO a great program for our soccer-playing kids.

Why does AYSO need volunteers?
AYSO needs volunteers because families and friends run AYSO. Volunteers strengthen AYSO by giving their time and energy, their ideas and ideals. Volunteers make AYSO happen. We need head coaches to volunteer to make more teams.

Who can be an AYSO volunteer?
Almost anyone can volunteer. Moms, dads, sisters, brothers, grandparents, even friends. We need women and men, young, middle-aged and "young at heart" folks. AYSO wants volunteers who want to help make our soccer program a fun experience for kids. Everyone plays in AYSO, and everyone has something special to contribute to the program. No experience is required.
